Toons are the official digital currency of Toonit. Toons play an important role in acquiring in-platform items such as 3D assets from the marketplace to create your webcomic and help you connect with other creators and support them. Luckily for you, your Toons will never expire!
Note that Toons do not hold any “real world” value.
The 3D assets you use for your webcomics or other similar contents are either free to use (open) or locked. The locked assets can only be accessed with Toons. These assets can range from characters, objects, to scenes and many more.
Important: The Toon pricing for each asset will differ and from the day of purchase, the assets will be available to use for 14 days. There is a limit because you are “renting” the assets that various creators upload to the marketplace and supporting them. Asset creators include the Toonit team as well. These assets are being licensed to you by the asset creators.
Want to give recognition to your favorite creators? Or just want to spread some love? Donate your Toons to the creators on the platform. When other creators donate you Toons, it will be automatically added to your Toons balance and dashboard. Gifted Toons can be redeemed to the creators according to the company policy.
